Steamboat in Silverpark Apartment, Fraser’s Hill
Nice cold weather, about 21C towards evening. Steamboat set-up in Silverpark Apartment, Fraser’s Hill.
All the yummy ingredients.
Again, with apartment as background
some balls and sausages.
It is quite a enjoyable evening with steamy hot food and chilly weather. The soup is prepared once we reach the apartment at 4:00pm with slighty sauted ikan bilis, and chicken bones which been blanched once with hot water.
Highlight of the food for me is the BBQ thinly sliced beef, sweet prawn, and BBQ juicy corn…
The apartment has 2 rooms and is priced at RM150 per night, good deal.
18 of us shared 2 apartments, all together 4 rooms. Cost for each person(excluding petrol) is RM70, so worth it. For this small fee, you get stimulating chilly weather for 2 days 1 night
, d’lish steamboat dinner, piping hot breakfast, snacks(mister potato, maggi, tuna snack pack…) drinks(Excel, winter melon, justea…) , dlish lunch in Kuala Kubu Bahru, satisfying dinner in Hulu Yam Lama, everything “bao”. All thanks to humorous planner, treasurer who don’t keep cost sheet
great cook, helpful washer, strong carrier, happy consumers etc. We took the old road from Selayang -> Rawang -> Fraser, so no toll $ needed.
