The service is damn louzy & the sandwitch is cold, not even toasted. Pls send your pals to survey Coffee beans & Tea leaves as well as Starbucks....Your pals are busy on their own laptop and not even care whether the customers is standing there. With such a GOOD NAME & Awards brand of Coffee ... what a sayang... I can go else where but we are sayang on the busineess & yet situated in good location.Pls look into it... i'm just busybody.. I went twice but i think i'm not going anymore if if it not improving........eve the OLD Town can do better service. Austin Chase is more up-class right ??
