I had the seafood congee and as you have commented it was watery. The roast duck was hard and tasteless while the pork ribs were hard and salty. The noodles were soft, not springy and had a strong flour taste. The steam glutinous rice was just ok but nowhere near that from Marco Polo. Overall the food was way below expectations.
