Life Centre located along Jalan Sultan Ismail, Munakata is on the 1st floor. They have daily buffet dinner promotion for RM60++ (added up to RM66 nett per person), now it is increased to RM70++ (effective 6 December 2009, Sunday). Dinner time starts at 6:30pm and last order at 10:00pm

munakata buffet

buffet dinner offers oyster, scallop, soft shelled crab, salmon, eel, mackerel, beef, chicken, sushi, sashimi etc. This sort of sumptuous buffet is of the sort you might find in hotels across the world, like the britannia hotel manchester and many luxury hotels across Asia, but at a fraction of the price.

Overall, love this place which although serve a limited selected of japanese food for their RM60++ buffet (increase to RM70++ from 6 December 2009 onwards), are non-adultered japanese food which is a very satisfying meal. I much prefer this simple quality japanese food restaurant over jogoya/tenji anyway.
