daimon9-step-8

daimon11-step-10
move the pancake on top of noodle

daimon12-step-11
press it down

daimon13-step-12
cook an egg

daimon14-step-13
move pancake on top of egg

daimon15-step-14
flip it over to have the egg facing up

daimon16-step-15
spread some teriyaki sauce

daimon17-step-16
cheese and more seasoning

daimon18-step-17

Overall, i find it just so so, not much taste, especially don’t like the yellow ramen, maybe udon ones will taste better, and more teriyaki sauce will prob be better

Oh and to add on, I can see why you said the noodles were tasteless. The cooks were supposed to season the noodles with yakisoba seasoning first THEN add it to the rest of the ingredients. But you were served plain noodles so that kinda sucks. Please try Hiroshima okonomiyaki in Japan! Oh and another name for the yellow noodles is Chuka noodles (chinese-style noodles).
