Hong Kong’s Food Culture, Uncle Duck Hong Kong Restaurant

saw something unique – egg in boiling milk

porridge menu

dessert menu

Oyster Soup rice, RM13.80, nice, lots of oyster

Fried chicken set with mushroom soup and winter melon drink, RM11.90

Milk Curd with ginger, RM6.50, didn’t see any other restaurant selling this in KL, kind miss this dessert which i had in Macau before, very nice, very hot while served, just the way i like it. Went home and google how to make it, and successfully made it. Very simple, just have about 1 or 2 tablespoon of ginger juice in a bowl, pour hot milk over it and it will set into curd like in about 10 minutes.
