cockles

basketful of cockles

snails

BBQ escargot/snail

salted egg prawn

prawn in salted egg yolk mixture, doesn’t taste much of salted egg, the rich color is deceiving

bbq lamb

BBQ lamb, sweeter than i would like

snack

some savoury thai snacks

fish coated with salt

BBQed fish coated with salt. Not much taste, usually they will stuff lemongrass /screwpine leave etc to aromatise the fish, i guess their lemongrass was dried out even before it make it into the fish guts :\ This can be so good.

deep fried vege

deep fried “bayam” (a kind of vegetable), really light and crunchy

mango rice dessert

mango rice, too much sweet coconut on this.

bad english

a case of bad grammar

charges for passing through

durian cake

durian cake, really nice, can taste the real durian pulp, RM4.50

raspberry cheese

raspberry cheese, was missing Secret Recipe’s Yoghurt cheese cake which rasberry jam on top, look similar, but this one taste more of sugary cream than cheese, RM4.50.

snake and ladder

playing with my new Olympus mju 7000, the above is probably done in Super Macro mode.

snake and ladder 2

super macro mode again

snake and ladder 3

again, photography is kinda interesting, composing the picture, and keeping your hand steady, it is kinda hard for me to take sharp photo due to unsteady hand when pressing the dial, on tip is probably stop breathing when taking photo…

cream

practising my photo taking “skills”, more of keeping my hand steady and trying to get sharp photos.
