Right: mix them all up, while melting some butter in microwave

Left: mix in melted butter, and leave overnight in fridge

Right: the next day

Left: mix in 20g of cake flour

Right: all mixed

spread on baking sheet

cooked

failed because they stick to the baking sheet :\ think it has to be baked directly on baking tray

Moghul Mahal

Moghul mahal restaurant Sdn Bhd menu

interior

clean interior.

mango lassi and teh tarik

Mango lassi, RM4 and teh tarik(milk tea), RM2. The mango lassi tasted a bit of artificial mango concentrate.

pani poori

paani poori, RM5, filled with mashed potato, to be eaten by pouring a lil of the greenish condiments into the opening on top, quite an experience eating this, deep fried crispy puff filled with cold minty condiments

complementary papadam

complimentary fried pakoras with minty yoghurt sauce as we wait quite long for the naan, not used to them serving food on towel, FYI, the towel looks quite dirty, dusted with flour etc, probably due to them reusing the towels.

egg naan

Egg naan, RM4, quite nice, both the bread and the dipping sauce are piping hot.

egg naan again

inside egg naan, with mashed egg, some herb, wish it was filled with more egg though, not just speckles of egg

interior
a new italian restaurant in Bandar Menjalara, Kepong, situated in First floor of Wisma Menjalara(above Ambank). Business is brisk for this new restaurant.
open-concept-kitchen
open kitchen concept, reminds me of Gordon Ramsay’s show: Hell’s Kitchen
gnocchi-napoli
homemade gnocchi napolia, RM19, a “potato pasta” with meaty flavourful tomato sauce, this is how i expect gnocchi to taste and look like 🙂 not soggy like my previous visit to Sossorosso, Jalan Yap Kwan Seng
prawn-avocado
another favourite, mainly of the fresh vege with herb infused oil and creamy avocado, not so fond of shrimp wrapped in bacon, would rather it be simple garlic prawn, RM26
wild-mushroom-pizza
wild mushroom pizza, RM23, don’t like the crust, a bit too dense and not enough tomato taste.
tiramisu
tiramisu, RM16

below their 6 pages menu

pizza, unique ingredients for pizza

dessert, even has a cheese platter dessert

pasta dishes

main course

salad, soup and risotto  dishes

home made bread(foccacia) and entrees

food court area in Air Panas, Setapak.

love the mashed red bean in mixed ice(left), where else the cendol dessert to the right is just so so

hennessy box hanging there

strong whiff of Hennessy alcohol smell when the lor mee is brought to our table, about RM15 for 2 pax portion

eggy noodle, they ran out of the usual thick yellow noodle at 3ish?! “short rice noodle” was used here, am not fan of this noodle, not used to the strong henessyl taste and type of noodle used.

a van nearby selling icy dessert of various flavor: sour plum, corn, red bean etc etc

red bean and mango yo yo ice, RM2.20 only for one full tub of this. The mango is top with real mango bits, worth trying for a small price.

Red bean yo yo ice, RM2.20 only
