Tien Tien is location same row as another popular bak kut teh (Wing Hong, will give a try another day)

Above is small bone(though it don’t have bone on the bowl like tat shown in eatdrinkl post), it is tasty with fatty skin, each bowl is RM15, very generous portion. At first, we thought want to order half portion of something else (each bowl/portion of any part is RM15, they do allow half portion at RM8), but their portion of small bone is too generous that we are quite full already

Yau char kwai is also very generous portion

Above + 2 rice + 1 drink only RM31, worth a visit

Had done 3 quiche so far. I find the smaller ratio of butter vs flour has better result, is the side of the pie doesn’t slump as much during the 30 minutes blind baking

60% or 67% butter over flour faired better than 78% which has too much butter and slump a lot on the side. This is partly also I have only 1 packet of pie weight instead of 2 bag needed for 9-inch quiche pie, which would probably hold the sides better. But overall, I would recommend pie crust recipe with lower butter content
