Sushi King is the most “omni-present” kaiten belt sushi chain in malaysia. sushi are priced based on color of the plate, blue the cheapest at RM2, beige RM3 etc. It is one working day lunch hour that my colleague and I went to Jusco in Equine Park to eat sushi, where each of us eat like 4 plates of sushi… not indulging much as it is expensive to spend so much for a lunch…
On normal days, i would not go sushi king given a choice alongside other jap restaurant as the food here is not as good as let’s say Sushi Zanmai(ma favourite)
Anyway, after the Tenji craze, there is another jap buffet craze, the Xenri Craze, refer to masak-masak, there is promotion from 21st February 2009 to 29 March 2009.
Xenri D’Garden Terrace, Menara Hap Seng
lunch buffet: RM27.50++ (50% discount from original RM55++)
dinner buffet: RM34++ (original price RM68++)
feel like going already 🙂

Gunkan

makis
tamaki/hand-roll, always like these fresh rolled sushi
tsunami?!?!
Set meal ranging from RM14 to RM25, reasonable priced for a bento
more set meal

It is amazing how i can have energy to blog although i am very tired, somehow, everything just become so bearable and the existed obstacles become non-existent when it comes to food. Power of food over man, or me… haha…
Anyway, bought this San Francisco Coffee, you can get Buy 1 Free 1 deals on selected beverage. Currently it is only 2 choices: extreme mocha and extreme latte. Last time, they did offer extreme buzz, which is essentially addition of real coffee beans into the drink before blending it up.
This Buy 1 Free 1 deals in only available in San Francisco kiosk, not the normal San Fran Cafe shop, so far the only kiosk i am aware of is in Mid Valley Lower ground floor, near to KFC and escalator.
We chose Extreme latte
It taste so good on first sip, nice coffee aroma, but it becomes painfully sweet as we continue drinking and have to throw it away, unable to down the sweetness.

This is reputedly the best Tiramisu in town, RM13 per piece. It is heavily drenched in supposedly Cognac, diluted Cognac probably or else you could get drunk from it 😛 I still find the sponge is too soaked up. Nonetheless, the almond mix crunch added a nice touched to this classic.
Missing Tiramisu, with Meringue on the left, and Pavlova on the right, these 3 cakes are priced at RM13, the rest are priced at RM11.

Yum, one day i am gonna try the Banofee pie, which is on the leftmost in the middle row  😉
