Almost finishing all the backlog of photos in my Ipod and there are still some in camera 😛 Here are all the miscellaneous eats in Mid Valley and The Gardens in Mid Valley City. Above is seafood rice from Aunty Nat in Mid Valley boulevard first floor (across from The Library pub), ~RM12, hearty portion

Canton-I twin-mix porridge is one of my favourite porridge, silky smooth with nice dried scallop flavour. Above is fish with century egg, ~RM12.80

Chicken rice shop chicken rice set, cheap eats for lunch crowd, around RM7 only, the taste is ok

C-Jade express set lunch

Duck rice, RM10.80 (add only RM1 for soup of the day), taste ok

Dragon-I steamed rice

RM16 for the above Dragon-I steamed rice, taste funny and not nice.

Pappa rich nasi lemak is quite nice though expensive

Hakkaido ichiba set lunch menu

Sakura Chirashidon (mixed sashimi rice set), RM30 for lunch(RM40 for dinner), taste ordinary and not satisfying, the fish feels dry, Sugimoto’s is so so so much better.

Ramen in japanese restaurant next to Starbucks

Little Penang in Mid Valley

Curry noodle, delicious although quite expensive

Manhattan seafood aglio olio pasta is very yummy although the portion is really small

Fish and Chips, i like Fish & Co’s better with thinner batter, the batter here is quite thick although still crunchy

Mid Valley Oasis food court new comer: Flavour of Pakistan, the one in yellow signboard manned by a Pakistani

Steamed chicken briyani served with 2 gravy(curry and yogurt condiment), RM10 very tasty, the coriander add a nice fragrance to this dish

Fish briyani, ~RM12 with dhal and yogurt condiments, i prefer the chicken briyani over this

Additional order of a bowl of dhal, RM3.90 yummy!

Cheap lunch in Popeyes Mid Valley branch

Only RM4.90 for this lunch set, yummy although portion is small

TGI Friday’s fried macaroni, surprisingly not bad. But overall, i don’t like food served there – american fast food style.

Tony Roma’s Shrimp Scampi portion is huge, can’t finish it, loads of shrimps, but taste so so

Their hakka pan mee weekday set used to be RM11.90++ as above, but now have increased to RM12.90++(RM15 all inclusive) includes a drink(usually barley or herbal drink) and dessert of the day(steamed bun/dragonfruit dessert/sweet potato soup/crunchy tidbits etc) as well

it was sweet potato soup(loves their strong ginger taste) and herbal drink that day

trio mushroom pan tiao(with fresh shitake mushroom, golden needle mushroom & korean eringhi mushroom), find this so so

chicken porridge, one of cheapest set available, RM10.90++

Their newest addition to weekday lunch set, fish head noodle is fishy, boney and not nice.

Overall, their food is not bad, the portion can be very big sometimes(especially the fried rice) depending on the chef i guess.

Aglio Olio set, their garlic bread is nice, i order this quite frequently

Refillable naan shared among colleagues, but they are most time extremely slow in refilling the naan/tomato sauce :S

Curried pasta with grilled chicken

Overall, it is among the cheapest and most variety of pasta/pizza place for office crowd. The taste is ok, of course i prefer Italiannies’ weekday lunch set at RM15.90++ (RM18.50 all tax included) which has complimentary bread dipped in olive oil and balsamic vinegar + salad/soup + main course + drink
