Humble Chef has 2 locations, both in Damansara. One is food truck near Damansara Help University, the other is a corner shop front in Plaza Damansara (see above)

Seafood Aglio Olio (RM5), Lamb Cabonara(RM5) and Fried Laksa.

Don’t like the cabonara as it tasted more milk than cream. The fried laksa is quite spicy and nice. The prawns are bouncy tasty could be due to some chemical. Their lamb bolognese which i tasted in their food truck previously is very nice, thick tomato & slightly cheesy sauce.

One of my most favorite restaurant, located in Kota Damansara. Their food is honest, reasonably priced, homey and very nice. My previous visit to Little Yum Yum on July 2012

ice lemon tea with too much sugar, look at the sugar syrup at the bottom, i literally did not stir the sugar  and just drank the top of the ice lemon tea.

sambal petai prawn

must order kerabu pucuk paku, RM15 very aromatic and nice

another must order, their signature yum yum Egg, simple sunny side eggs top with mince meat sauce

Their cendol is must order as well, not too sweet at all, and with nice red bean, a portion of it (RM4) can be shared between 4 person each having a small bowl.

First time having fresh mozarella, not bad, creamy cheese paired with sweet ripe tomato and drizzles of thick sweet balsamic vinegar

Salad with prawn and avocado, just ok, the prawn is terribly floury and not fresh at all

Seafood Aglio Olio, same as salad, the prawn is terribly floury.

It is probably a safe bet to steer clear of seafood, their pizza and pasta without seafood would be safer choice

This restaurant is located in Central Plaza, just behind Pavillion shopping mall, had this buffet last October 2012, not sure the buffet deal is still available, this had got to be one of the cheapest japanese buffet around, only RM48.90++ . The parking space inside Central Plaza building is really cramp and hard to navigate, so if you are going on weekend, can park in front of Central Plaza, they are probably 3 or 4 parking spots there.

Handrolls are satisfactory nice

Sashimi not bad as well

seaweed, jellfish etc

seared grilled tuna

oyster is not nice, too creamy

squid tentacles looks nice right?

kimchi soup is one of my favourite, filled with seafood and sourish appetising

tepanyaki beef is tough and can be skipped

Feels oily from panfried more than grilled which prevented me from ordering another one.

really nice ice cream, have refills of both black sesame and green tea

Pan cake can be skipped, dense and felt like it not freshly made
