one of the more affordable english afternoon place in Kuala Lumpur, you can choose either RM12/pax or RM18/pax option. RM12/pax comes with scone, apple pie and tea; RM18/pax comes with scone, apple pie, brownie, sandwich and tea.

their scone is buttery, slightly crumbly, warm and taste freshly baked, in fact we waited for about 15-20mins for this set. Apple Pie is warm and lovely

a standard indian banana leaf rice is essentially a vegetarian meal
dhal gravy poured onto the rice. You can add other meaty side dish if you want. Rice, gravies, vegetables(fried bittergourd, cucumber salad etc) can be refilled, however there is no sharing of each banana leaf rice.
papadam is complementary, comes with the meal.
puri with side side of potato mash thingy?!
maggi mee goreng on a banana leaf 😛 looks like everything is serve on banana leaves.
An interesting note, or a more unappetising note, Star Metro reported that Restoran Sri Nirwana Maju and Indian Kitchen(both restaurant on the same street) were fined for unhygenic food preparation on 29 June 2009 as they prepare food on backlane.

Foodie trip with Sandra from Food Munchin in Malaysia. Good thing about eating out with her is that she is up to almost anything, with no budget in mind… haha… but of course we won’t eat something which is ridiculously expensive. We tried La Bodega tapas promotion: 1 paella + 3 tapas = RM80++ Above is the delicious tuna dish – seared tuna with spicy green olive & tomato relish… yummy. Far back is another tapas – prawn and mussel salad with onion, red pepper and celery, taste like it should, fresh and succulent seafood.
third tapas: sweet mini peppers stuffed with goat cheese & spicy eggplant salsa. no bad, almost wanted to try goat cheese. 🙂
kinda disappointed with the paella, first off, i wanted to try the usual rice paella, who knows the paella which is in this promotion is a a angel hair pasta cooked paella style… name of this dish is angel hair pasta cooked in a paella with stuffed squid, saffron and aiolli… i don’t know why this dish looks like some cheap chinese fried noodle either, but it didn’t taste of soya sauce… 😀 a bit fishy taste which i am not that fond of.
vanilla macadamia ice cream, RM6
mango sorbet, RM6(taste like ice blended mango shaped into a ball :P)
Although RM80 for 1 paella + 3 tapas sounds tempting, the tapas choice is limited(only 6 tapas choice available for this promotion), and plus currently is angelhair pasta cooked paella style, i want ma rice :\

Delicious or d’lish(its “fast-food” concept cafe) has some of my favourite food. Above is raspberry brownie cheesecake, the cheesecake taste like some normal cheesecake, but once you taste the raspberry which is between cake and brownies, yummm, the combination is so good. RM9.80. This cake is serve warmed.
Mushroom soup, RM8.80, a bit watered down, but tasty nonetheless.
price: 5% service charge and 5% government tax.
