Pea and Ham soup which gots lots of good review online, but i find it just so so, maybe i am just not liking the smoky ham flavour.

Swine House Salad, RM25, quite nice actually because the green are very well chilled.

Chiffon egg roast pork, around RM27, and now this is comfort food at one of its best form, though the price is definitely much expensive than outside food stall. But i could imagine myself craving for this: plenty of omelette, salty pork, salted vege soup and lots of rice underneath. The ginger condiment is kind of tasteless though, else it would been pretty perfect.

Another look of my salad, with edamame, and some bits of avocado, go for those days when you want to eat healthy 😛 i would prefer the dressing to be slightly less sweet, but that is just me. The portion for this is huge as well.

Overall, delicious food in big portion size, go try!

Overall, their salmon is really good, even the normal salmon is good, salmon belly is just a tad better. But both are really yummy. The truffle mash potatoes is quite good as well.

You can park in One Mont Kiara mall, and walk to Fat Fish, save on the parking fee as the Shoplex Mont’ Kiara parking fee is slightly more expensive.

Must must make reservation else you risk being turned away just like i did previously.

Really yummy fare at reasonable price, especially love their big portion of tempura fish at about RM6 only. Really good when paired with bouncy udon noodle.

I do find their noodle dishes slightly too salty though. I thought my Bukkake Udon is served with soup broth, turn out the liquid is soy sauce, no soup for me ): and salty…

I tried their wakame udon 2nd time round, with soup! It is not bad. Their niku miso udon, served with onsen egg is a bit too salty though. They happily obliged when we requested soup for niku mison udon with doesn’t comes with soup originally.

Overall, nice noodle, great pairing with fried tempura, give it a try! I like their fish tempura very much. Recently found out they have a shop in Midvalley Aeon’s new food court – Food Street in LG floor, but they seem not to serve fish tempura, as i did not see it during my 2 visit there ):

Nice cheesy bake egg with lots of sausage, i think 2 whole sausages chopped up in it. The egg is slightly overcooked though

it was packed full on this Sunday night, no reservation allowed on weekends and public holiday, only walked in, but the uncle taking reservation is very friendly and pretty accurate on waiting time when asked. I think he told us the waiting time is 40 minutes, and we got our table right on 40 minutes, and he gave us a complimentary slab of pork meat for bbq for waiting so long. Tips: Have a friend or 2 go earlier to the restaurant and make “reservation” on the spot with the korean uncle.
