“Rat-tail” noodle made in house, the texture is different, feel more healthy as it is not the usual  artificially-bouncy-transparent type.

Overall, it was a very filling meal (because rice, cabbage and miso soup are refillable!), some of the meat i find can be a bit dry, i think you might have to order the more expensive one which supposedly is less dry… but worth a try.

Their signature dish… don’t like this at all, the fish and whole dish taste a bit fishy, and i don’t find it tasty at all
