Do you expect to eat delicious food in Delicious? i sure don’t. It sounds so cliche. But recently, this proves me wrong, they sure do serve delicious food, and the price is reasonable, note reasonable not cheap.
Mushroom soup, yummy. RM13.90
one of the frosties, RM9.90
butterscotch shake, RM9.90, not much butterscotch in there, looks like vanila doesn’t it?
roast potato, RM9.90, sauce is yummy(could be mayo + dijon mustard + black pepper etc)
Frosty Lemon tea, RM9.90, basically ice lemon tea with some fine shaved ice on top.
vanilla milk shake, RM9.90, so yummy, taste like ice cream blended with milk without overly sweet
Antipasti platter, RM27.90
pate in the middle
clockwise: grilled seafood with roasted capsicum, asparagus, balsamic tomatoes, mushroom confit, tunisian egg plant and roasted garlic
Additional melba toast pictured top left can be ordered for RM2.90(this antipasti platter comes with one melba toast). It is crunchy and dabbed with some olive oil.
caesar’s salad, RM19.90. nice fresh juicy lettuce, with nice touch of poached egg and slivers of anchovies
carbonara, RM22.90, huge portion, good for sharing, creamy goodness
left unfinished, the pate is really a lot, couldn’t finished it, suspect they use chicken liver instead of the expensive goose liver.
This is how you eat roast garlic: dig out individual clove of garlic, smear the creamy goodness onto toast.
This is how you eat grilled squid… 😀
Peach fragipane, quite nice, warm tart served with vanilla ice cream, RM12.90
Side note: they renovate Mid Valley cafe style D’lish into Delicious, yay.

last day of work, my colleague and I went to Secret Recipe near office to celebrate end of the year. 😉
some cracker which comes along with Christmas set (RM25)
Shepherd Pie, RM6.50, not so good as my colleague doesn’t rave bout it, just commented it is buttery. (as in fatty :P)
juice in Christmas set
my oreo milkshake which Alan loves. Oh my, the way Alan describe it, i just gotta try it… hahaha, really good, i don’t like sugary stuff that much, but this is good, oreo blends with milk and it is not overly sweet.
Caffe Latte, RM6.50, reckon is good as it satisfy collegue’s coffee cravings.
Some dark deep dried chicken cordon bleu, RM15.50
Beef steak comes with the X’mas set (meat not tender enough)
Roast Chicken, RM14.50, looks yucky (deep fried chicken with sauce heavily infused with turmeric/kunyit)
my sugar free moist chocolate cake, one of the healthier cake available. It taste a bit odd, could be the artificial sweetener? not recommended. RM6.50

Bagel vs Donuts:
bagel is baked, donut is deep fried.
Some savoury bagels: Le Parmesan, Mexitaliano, Italiano etc.
This is Mexataliano, RM3.20(quite pricey). They will warm it up in oven for you, but honestly it is not that great, jalapeno bagel is unique and spicy, and that’s all.
Vienna bagels is located in lower ground of 1 Utama New Wing

Zabaglione, heard bout this cake from Pinkpainter.
Layers of goodness, fresh cream, chocolate cake, chocolate shavings, milo powder etc etc, served with double cream and more milo powder. Worth a try, good for sharing, too much if you are taking one by yourself. RM12.
This display fridge doesn’t look too appetising, with water condensation on it. Zabalion is on the bottom right.
Other dessert they are serving, might go back to try their banana chocolate cake
